In 1996 our founders created a company based on values and standards that were missing from within the industry. Their core values of innovation, dedication and competitiveness were the forefront of their working ethic in bringing a stale and stagnant property market to life which in turn did exactly what clients wanted from their agent.
Our Growth
We specialised in the Lettings market and set high standards of sourcing quality tenants for responsible landlords. When our client base grew, we saw a demand to move into the Selling market. In 2004 we launched our Estate Agency services, selecting the right individuals capable of delivering a tailored way of selling property.
Location And Innovation
Midland Residential’s branch covers the North, Central and South Birmingham and the wider area of the West Midlands and being based at a prime location of the City it enables our Sales and Letting associates to be placed at most High Streets daily. Over the years, we made substantial investments in bespoke property software along with high-end staff training allowing us to work efficiently and effectively within an ever-changing property market.
Membership of Governing Bodies
Agents have to be signed up to a code of practice and have in place membership keeping them abreast with legal changes. We are proud to associate ourselves with approved organisations that set high standards for their agents to meet.
The Property Ombudsman
Our association with The Property Ombudsman demonstrates our commitment in offering the highest service standards within our business. We have a client resolution policy in handling and managing complaints, with the back up of a redress service should you need it.

In 2007, Midland Residential became a member of the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS) a government approved deposit protection service aiming to ensure resolution between landlord, tenant and agent should the need arise at the end of the tenancy.

We are proud members of SafeAgent who evaluates us annually for compliance. As a SafeAgent accredited firm, we are legally obliged to be part of a Client Money Protection (CMP) Scheme which offers recompense to tenants and landlords of rent, unprotected deposits or other client funds in the event that monies have been misappropriated or fraudulently used.
